To undertake and promote applied research and mentorship of young women towards leadership development.
To acheive gender parity and promote female representation in policy making, career advancement and access to corprate boards.
To organise and assist trainihg programmes for the participation and advancement of women in corprate and commercial practices in Nigeria.
To facilitate literacy education and employment opportunities for women, in the corprate world.
To build awareness of business innovations that accelerate women empowerment in value chains.
To cultivate the capacity of public officials to integrate gender equality measures in public offices and the governance process.
To promote active participation of women in politics and decision making process for national development.
To ensure the re-evaluation of the educational and cultural process which promotes ignorance of the role of women in the process of corporate and public governance.
